One on One Preaching Coaching

Whether you're a seasoned preacher looking to sharpen your craft, a young communicator developing your skills, or a lay leader preparing to teach God's Word, preaching coaching is designed to help you grow with confidence and faithfulness.

  • Your coaching journey begins with a personalized evaluation.

    Before our first session, I will:

    • Listen to three of your recent sermons

    • Review your preaching style, strengths, and areas for growth

    • Meet with you to discuss your sermon preparation process

    • Hear how you evaluate your own strengths and challenges

    • Share my observations and recommendations

    Together, we'll create a customized growth plan tailored to your goals and gifting.

  • Each follow-up session is designed to help you make meaningful progress.

    During ongoing coaching, I will:

    • Listen to a recent sermon

    • Provide actionable feedback based on your growth plan

    • Help you prepare for upcoming sermons

    • Identify opportunities for continued growth

    • Encourage development of your unique preaching voice

    The goal isn't to make you preach like someone else, it's to help you become the most effective version of the preacher God has called you to be while remaining rooted in biblical values.

  • $75 per coaching session

    Scholarships are available for those for whom cost would otherwise be a barrier.

How to Preach Workshop

A hands on workshop designed to equip individuals and teams with practical tools for preparing and delivering biblical sermons.

  • Half-day workshop (approximately 4.5 hours)

    Interactive teaching and hands-on practice

    Can be hosted for churches, ministry teams, and leadership groups

  • During this 4.5-hour workshop, participants will:

    • Learn a practical framework for sermon preparation

    • Explore key principles of faithful biblical preaching

    • Build a sermon outline together from start to finish

    • Gain confidence in communicating Scripture effectively

    Lay leaders who teach or lead Bible studies
